They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects by coordinating activities, managing project data, and facilitating communication among teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects Support project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure alignment with scope and timelines Maintain organized documentation and accurate project data Generate reports and monitor project performance, identifying risks or delays Facilitate communication between engineering teams, operations, and clients Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and effective communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Experience with project tracking systems or ERP tools Exposure to engineering or construction environments Benefits An excellent benefits package including, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K with company match, generous PTO allotment, paid volunteer time off, 10 ½ days of holiday pay, continuing education reimbursement and much more.
